Toothpaste on Pimples – How to Get rid of a Large Pimple
So, if you have a large pimple and the big night is coming up, I am going to give you few tips to get gid of that embarassing pimples. 1- Ice on pimples: One thing you can do is at home (I recommend doing this at night or when you are not seeing people soon) putting ice actually on this red inflammed pimple. It is going to make it slightly red at first just from the intense cold of that ice being placed on it. So you put that ice on the skin about 10 seconds on…10 seconds off. That is actually going to help reduce the inflammation, reduce the redness and help bring it and pull it back into your skin. 2- Water: I also recommend drinking a lot of water. That would help flush things out and reduce that pimple that you have. 3- Toothpaste on pimples: Now, you are at home and you don’t have “a medicated acne spot treat”, if you have any of the over counter toothpaste, that would help to dry out that pimple. You want to make sure you dry it out but don’t let it get really dry because then you will just have a really dry gross pimple. So put a little bit of that toothpaste on the pimple at night before you go to bed and that will help to dry it out. 4- Warm washcloth on pimples: Put a Warm washcloth on that pimple at night, and if it comes to a head, extract with Q-tips. Don’t use fingers, don’t use kleenex. Use Q-tips. And you want to go down then up. Don’t push it inside because you will force things back in and usually make it worse.
