zit gets popped really? is this the biggest zit on the planet ? biggest pimple in the world ? huge zit gets popped ? world record pimple ? eating meat and dairy can give you the biggest pimple on earth! it can give you world record zit size! Personally when I went vegan I experienced my abs got leaner. I now have a 6 pak abs and the weight loss I experienced was also good for my health and well being. I would encourage you to go on a healthy whole foods vegan lifestyle and see what happens to your acne pimples zits etc. I would put money on it that the worlds biggest zits, pimples etc are NOT found on vegans. My GF also lost a lot of weight. Her weight loss transformation photos are on youtube and pretty epic. We have our own epic meal time each night on healthy low fat vegan high carb foods.
