This is my diet video. There really isn’t a whole lot in your diet that will affect your skin, but I came across a few simple changes that seem to work!! Check out my video on getting rid of acne. It’s my skin care regimen.

@Tarynbeth I think he is right on the money. I couldn’t figure out where does my acne come frome. I eat mostly fruits and vegetables, and I I have zero tolerance for saturated fat in any form or presentation, and still can’t get rid of acne. But I do have a very high testosteron level. So it may not the the only factor in my case it obviously is.
@cirosuperiore lmao.. okay dude. There are a lot of factors that go into someone’s acne. It doesn’t only have to do with masturbation. This is by far the weirdest comment I’ve ever gotten.
acne is caused by TESTOSTERONE
you get acne when you have a rush in testosterone levels.and that comes from orgasms
in other words MASTURBATION
THE MORE you masturbate the worse the testosterone…
there was a time when for instance girls did not get acne…
well NOW they do
and that ‘s because women’s lib which tells girls it’s ok to MASTURBATE..

i’m always fascinated by european girls who dont have acne as much as american girls

milk, dairy, processed grains (ex. white bread), foods and drinks high in processed sugars and stimulants like caffine (can stimulate oil glands) are the things in our american diet that cause acne. I used to have terrible body acne before i changed my diet, now its clear since ive stopped eating the above list and replaced it with fruit, water, whole grains, lean meats etc.
i dont think those things have been proven false. I don’t drink milk and i had bad acne. As soon as I cut junk food out of my diet my face is clear in about 5 days. The moment I eat some type of processed food or refined sugar I break out within an hour…It really depends on the person.
if you put lemon juice in your water it helps clear your skin and it also can help you lose weight.
another thing also is that when you eat greasey foods you get the grease on your hands and it may not feel like it but its there and people carelessly touch there faces and that can clog pores reaaally bad.
I’m sorry to who ever posted this, but some people brake out when they eat or drink anything with a lot of sugar. It isn’t everyone, body cemmistery is different.
its not just milk, its anything with dairy. Dairy has alot of hormones in it which and it is a common allergen to many people. Usually people with really bad skin eat alot of dairy products
i read some articles on milk and acne im not sure if but i got to stop drinking milk now so i can see if its true
great.. i drink milk every day for dinner because i have to (parents) but it is consistant when i drink milk but my acne still has good weeks and bad weeks so i don’t think its milk that causes acne

take a vitamin D. The most lazyest thing I’ve heard. walk outside. Naturally get vit D in 10 mins
