@Geda173 When you tan, you damage your skin. It flakes, and the dead skin cells clog your pores. As for Sugar/chocolate, chocolate is high is saturated fat which is linked to acne and bacteria feeds on Sugar, so any infection in your body is going to feed on the junk!
When you said “Don’t do this” and removed your hands from ur face, I immediately stopped resting my hand against the palm of my hand haha XD
Get rid of blackheads: Pore strips, exfoliation scrubs, some sort of acid in face wash. Get rid of oil: Blot sheets, face wash. Acne preventers: Apply lotion right after you wash your face. Reduce acne size: Zit erasers
I don’t know who told you that tan is dead skin, but that is wrong. Skin turns dark because the skin is reacting to the light. The epidermis starts producing melanin to prevent the DNA in the cells being damaged by the UVB.
Furthermore it hasn’t been proven that sugar (or chocolate or whatever) is linked to acne. However studies have shown, that the acidity of your body has a direct influence on the development of acne.
After washing my face(with less agressive soaps – like Dove) i go over it with some cotton, soaked with rose water(it reduces redness, calms and cleans your skin) and then go over with baby cream that has talc in it (it definately reduces redness and infections) to prevent my skin from oiling up.I do that only at night.Works for me best!
Oh, and i find it definatly relaxing, like if you’re at home all day(no make up), to just rince your face with warm water whenever you feel your skin oiling up.
When I wash my face, whether just using my hands or a washcloth, I was each part in 100 to 150 successive revolutions, like if you were to massage your cheeks once in a circle. How many times I do it depends on the state of my skin, but 100 is my minimum
if you have a lot of black heads put a thin layer of bottle glue on the area , let it dry, then peel it off and the black heads stick right to it.
It’s hard for me to take care of my skin because I eczema and some parts of my face get’s really oily. Therefore, I have flaky skin and then I get small breakouts on my cheeks and forehead while arounf my eyes and mouth are dry, cracked and flakey! AGH!!!!!
@brokenheartchick95 Ya that works i do that with pads that are lightly coated in the stuff but if you use it to much or its to harsh for you skin it will start to itch, burn, and start to get dry or even worse flake! Also if you don’t eas your self off it you will wake up with dry skin! salisylic acid is real good to use if you use it properly. im not saying you shouldn’t use it but you should test it before you use it and read the label before use
*i know this because my aunt is a cosmetologist
switch cleansers every so often. like she said acne is an infection and it can grow immune to it. That’s why your cleanser works best the first time you use it.
@15niall most are bad, i read about it as well. but stevia is one of the only good sweeteners out there & it the one she recommended, its made out of a plant called stevia. it doesn’t taste as good as the other chemical ones & leaves after taste, but its still good for u, and healthy.. also it has a little bit of calories, but not much.
I had to go on medication for my acne
It’s working really well! But my main tip would be to always remove all your make-up before going to bed and to wipe your face with a wipe everyday
What do I do? Keep my cat away from mwa’ face! He’s seventeen, and demands attention. So he sleep right ON my face, or in a place where I’m going to stuff my face en’ his fur when I move during the night. Being seventeen he es’ all oily since he doesn’t clean himself as often. xD

oh no, ive touched my face more than 100 times!
NOOOOOOOOOO
