water dosent help that much, so many diffrent roles that play in, just learn to live with it first, and then start improving your scares, got rid of it, but it might come up again sometime later, and then my cofident will sink too a low prespective, but look, I feel ugly, but still just that though makes the other problems minor and it makes me stronger in all the other ways
ya. acne fucked up my highschool life. senior year, got on accutane for 4 months, workout out, dyed my hair, moved to japan. started my life over.
dude like what the fuck people have worser acne than a person with one fuckin weak zit and they freak out when they have 1 measly zit when the one with the real bad acne and pimple scars have to worry thats what pisses me off
@Dukke214 fuck yah that shit sucks but dude order urself some glycolic acid and do a home skin peel and the redness will reduce and eventually go away trust me its the only thing that really works

Anyways. I got rid of my acne scars with out using chemicals. I would wash my face with dr. Bonners, then choose either coconut oil, sweet almond and peppermint oil to put on my face OR jojoba oil, grapeseed oil and peppermint to put on my face and in 2-to 2 1/2 weeks…my acne AND my scars were gone.
See you guys, you don’t have to use harsh chemicals on your face.
A better eating habit and exercise helps a lot.
honey,water, and aspirin,,,mix it into a paste…put it on ur face…and rinse it off…i dont have acne…but get the occasional pimples…i hear this works good…
im 14, i dont have bad acne i used to when i usd to like pop them alot and shit, all im worrying is about “hyperpigmentation” a.k.a acne marks that shit is hard to get rid of it goes away like every 3 months.. WTFF!>!>
I have suffered with bad acne most of my life. I came across a video by Casey Gentles advertising the 14 Days Acne Solution. I bought it asap as I have bought so many other so called acne cures. So did the 14 Days Acne Solution work? Yes. But to be honest it took me maybe 3 weeks rather than the 14 days. I think this is mainly because I did not stick to the plan 100%. The good thing though is that I am acne free now and that is what matters. Thank you so very much Casey for changing my life.
i know why acne apears, if you eat “carbs” it can give you acne, like pizza, friees potatoes,¨, it is the sugar who make you get acne,, try to cut down on sugar, and i promise youre acne will disapear, you can altso drink vitamin b5
