I’ve had back acne since a being a teenager. It goes away for the most part and comes in the hotter months. When I lived up north, I didn’t struggle with it at all. Then during the summers, it flares up like I”m a teenager. I’m getting my masters and registered dietitian credential, so I must say that my perfect diet (Yea I’m a psycho disciplinarian with it) is not the cause of my back acne. I’m leaning more toward my constant sweat patterns and not washing sheets nightly…

I got a question for you all here. I was in a hospital for a week because I had a surgery. After getting home I noticed that my back had no acne what so ever. I did have it before the hospital and now I have it again. What could have influenced it? I mean, in the hospital I couldnt wash my self. I had lay down for 5 days. (on my back only)

Keeley, are you even an MD?? You’re presentation was ridiculous to say the least!
My fiancee suffers from back acne and its not because she eats fried foods, refined sugars and flours! She’s a vegetarian! And eats organic foods only and no desserts!! She’s been eating a healthy diet for the past 12 years! And she suffers from back acne. There’s nothing more she could be doing diet wise to clear up her back acne. Your presentation was disingenuous to say the least.

my bf has tons of acne on his back.. And its bugging me off whenever we makeout.:-( some say this is genetic…

just take your urin and wash your face with it!
google urinotherapy!
you dont need doctors and noone to sell you nothing
but after that eat healthy (and i know you dont live healthy,if you did you would not have this problem)

Try Neem, it works really good on Acne and clearing up the skin.

Dirt and sweat do NOT cause acne. Pores don’t clog from the top down; they collapse on themselves.

I know what you mean, a friend of mine has this severe cystic back acne. But he doesn;t start a diet, he weights 130 Kgs, he eats every junk food he sees in front of him, at the fast foods. Unfortunately the diet is an other factor.
