i used to smoke for 10 years-1pack a day.(now that i think about it, thats the same time i used to chew my nails etc- the comment on your picking video)
anyway- my acne didnt change after i had quit. i thought that i’d get some kinda miracle cure after all those toxic chemicals&other crap related issues of smoking were gone outta my body. but nope,acne remained the same. but luckily theres a completely different outcome for the LUNGS maybe not the skin, but for sure- the lungs are happy!

Thanks for this. The effect smoking had on my acne was insane! After every cigarette my skin would feel filthy and I’d soon break out much more frequently. I had the worst acne of my life when I first began smoking.
I’m so glad I was finally able to quit after 3 long years.

my acne got almost non existend after quiting for a couple of weeks once i started i got a few new pimples after a couple of weeks of smoking now im gonna stop again to see what happends

actually my acme was worse with products turns out acme is caused by dried skin all products will make it worse so aloe vera loshion from the dollar store cleared mine up after suffering for about eight years in about a week and it was really bad i mean really bad

Hm, Interesting. I’m a young and foolish smoker myself, ew. I’m glad you were able to quit though! I could easily stop though, because of the fact that I don’t want to get even a wrinkle on my skin or around my mouth area. But I’d also like to just say that your website, which I discovered years ago, is lifesaving and how I first learned how to manage my miserable case of acne. I’m currently keeping up with my progress here on youtube! I’m testing out the Clean and Clear advantage kit.
