Use Queen Helena Mint Julep Mud Mask or Nu-Skin Glacial Marine “Epoch” Mud Mask. It’s the closest thing to a cure for acne. Also, just get a good soap with it too, but NOT just by itself.(Neutrogena) Drink a 1/2 gallon-1 gallon of water all day everyday. NO Greasy Hamburgers or “Milk” Chocolate. Always wash with soapy water around your mouth after eating!

Use strawberrys!
I’ve been getting a fresh strawberry cutting the top of and rubbing the juice over my whole face. It’s only been a week so far and everyone is noticing the difference! I feel really good and I’m starting to get my confidence back again.
Put it on like 20 min before you go to bed, then just wash it of in the morning It helps most for cysts and whiteheads..so far I’ve seen no difference in the blackheads. But they don’t bother me that much!

i will start acctane but i am goin holiday and will run out of it an wont get any untill 19 days would it be ok to go off it then on it again?

any of you heard about Apo tetra? Im on tht right now and its almost cleared up, the derm told me july 6th it should be pretty much gone

3 years o_O , ouch, i’ve only been trying 2 different type of pills the doctor prescribed me for 2 years, im on max dosage anti biotics atm, but i saw him last week, he said 2 more months, then there’s no point in keeping me on weak stuff any longer, then he’ll refer me to a dermatologist who’ll gimme accutane, yay :p

i went to a dermatologist today for the first time in 3 years and i told him that i used crams and pills etc. and he told me right away that we should try accutane. So im starting hopefully next week.

im on accutane its been 3 and a half months i had severe acne! note had. now i just have pretty bad red marks and the ocasional spot as opposed to like 10 a day im on it for 6 months kinda looks good so far wish it worked faster. just the common dry lips and skin dont worrie about all these stories of terrible side effects and especially deep dark depression its all in the mind. stay strong!

Oh and I’m on a 3 and half month course, taking 4 tablets a day, either throughout the day or all at once, I take my all at once so I don’t forget.

Just started accutane 3 weeks ago, I have dry skin, and extremely chapped and dry skin around the mouth area, I cant open my mouth properly, Ive noticed that I feel a lot more tired, I have lower back ache and for awhile my little finger on my left hand felt numb and tingly, but so far nothing is killing me and it’s all bearable depending on wether vaseline is available. I just had my second blood test today now and awaiting results, hopefully positive so I can stay on accutane.
