This makes everything thats ailed me over the years make sense. Sinus Infection, Yeast Infection, Pinworms, and Acne all scourges ours society minimizes and denies the exsistence of. I’ve been taking many of the herbs you recommend in big doses but didn’t understand my instinct to do so. Thank you so much worm guru. I am almost ready to go to the hospital because my chest has been hurting and I fear now they have damage my heart. Now I might still seek help but I know how to treat myself too.

yeap! this woman is right!! a year ago i had SEVERE acne. i used cold cream and clinique acne line to get rid of my acne. it took about 5 months to get rid of the severe acne and another 6 months to get rid of a few pimples every now and then. now i have perfect skin, so im just using cold cream and clinique 3 step to keep my pretty pretty skin glowing Thanks WormGuru!!!!

look for face cleansers containing mineral oil
get the heaviest thickets one you can find
apply liberally
wet wash cloth with warm water and gently rub off excess, leaving light coat for under makeup

Maybe the cold cream or other skin products moisturize the skin, so help the skin not produce too much excess oil, since the skin is no longer overly dry, the acne clears up in people whose acne had to do with having sensitive skin?

im using the pond’s cold cream now for 3 days now. and im freaking out cause its so uncomfortable and my forehead is freaking out with millions of red bumps. and also couple on my cheeks. im hoping that you’re right about sufficating those mites on my face. please let this be it. me against the world

been on this cold creme for several weeks now. and i must say it has greatly calmed down my acne. I use this creme after washing my face with dove sensitive bar unscented.

If you’re using harsh product like benzoyl peroxide i would be careful because i believe it had caused my severe acne in the first place. I was told I have sensitive skin.

im sorry lady..but you are very wrong about how acne is formed…acne comes out from the inside out…im a cosmetician and have been to many seminars about skin care
