As said in the video, I suggest using an emollient moisturizer or lotion with Vitamin E at night- your face will repair itself at night. I like Palmers in the winter.

nice video.. im using clean and clear acne spot treatment and im seeing differences but my skin keeps drying after i put that on what should i put on after so it wont dry out and it will help my skin? plz reply!
