If I’d known avoiding dairy products would stop my acne COMPLETELY, when I was 16, I could’ve avoided the whole problem.
Is that the reason it went AWAY? Or is it just that it hasnt come BACK because of that? What was your major overcome in getting RID of it. Thanks..>Back acne drives me nuts…and so do the blemishes. Bleh!
hey, man i had bad acnea, and what i found that was working really good for me, is clean your face after work let’s say 6pm (in the shower) then hydrate it with a proper cream. so it gives a nice smooth skin tint and touch. try it, i t might work!
you could have alergies to certin foods…my uncle suffered from BAD acne forever, then when he stopped drinking milk or eating alot of dairy products it like completely went away. And I have heard from a few people in the medical field that food alergies can make you break out….crazy but true.

kk.. so what do u suggest i do?? don’t eat meat or any kind of fat food? im really not fat… and exercise more often?? ya i sleep 8-10 hours a day.. not thinkin that’s the probelm.. i might need a little more vietman since there are the white cracks between my finger nails..
Just go to a dermatologist. Trust me. There are plenty of sites promising acne cures and they are just trying to take advantage of desperate acne sufferers.

someone get pimples or zits in theyr age of 14-17 like almost everyone does. But some of us almost have this like a disease..
acne is horrible.. dont help with those OLD methods.. serious pro medications… no toothpaste! go to doctor.. skin specialist.. smart

cutting out dairy and processed foods (pretty much anything that comes in a package) and sugar reaaaaally helps. it helps you be healthier all around too.
but cutting out dairy and eating less sugar along with washing your face in the morning and at night with special face wash will cure it.
everything comes down to diet.
